AppVerix Quantity Breaks: Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the Shopify merchant who installs the app) and AppVerix (“we”). By installing AppVerix Quantity Breaks you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app lets you build quantity-break offers (2–5 tiers, percent or fixed off), assign them to a product, collection, tag or the whole store, show a table or quantity buttons on the product page, show a cart message, and apply the discount in cart and checkout through Shopify Functions. It does not change your orders. It does not charge your customers for the app.
2. Price and billing
- One plan: $6.99 USD every 30 days, with a 7-day free trial. Unlimited offers. The price is not based on revenue or order volume.
- Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
- To cancel, uninstall the app. Shopify stops the charge. We don’t refund partial periods unless Shopify’s rules or the law require it.
- If we change the price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before, and you’ll be asked to approve the new charge in Shopify.
3. Your responsibilities
- The offers are yours. You are responsible for the quantities, percents and amounts you enter, and for checking that those discounts are lawful where you sell.
- Pack templates (2-pack, 3-pack, 5-pack) are starting numbers you can edit. They are not a claim about how any store should price.
- The Scripts move-over guide is documentation. It does not promise that every former Shopify Script will behave the same way under Functions.
- Don’t use the app for anything illegal.
4. Data
How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy. We do not store personal data of your customers.
5. Availability and changes
We try to keep the app running, but we don’t promise it will never be down. Product pages and checkout still work if a block or Function cannot load; the extra quantity-break discount may not apply in that case. We may change or improve features; if we remove something you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. After you uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless consumer or other mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
